• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your submission for educational, safety, and promotional purposes
• You permit us to share footage with police forces, road safety authorities, and educational institutions
• You accept that we may blur licence plates and faces to protect privacy

4.2 Content Standards

All submissions must:

• Show genuine incidents of dangerous or irresponsible driving
• Be your own original footage or footage you have permission to submit
• Be of sufficient quality to clearly show the incident
• Be suitable for public viewing (no extreme gore or distressing content)
• Include accurate GPS and timestamp data
• Comply with all applicable laws

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review all submissions before publication
• Reject submissions that don't meet our standards
• Remove published content at any time
• Blur or edit footage to protect privacy
• Ban users who repeatedly submit inappropriate content

5. GPS and Location Data

By using the App:

• You consent to collection of GPS coordinates during recording
• Location data will be used to verify incident location
• Broad location (town/area) may be published with videos
• Exact coordinates are stored but not publicly displayed
• GPS data may be shared with authorities for investigation purposes

6. Sharing with Authorities

You acknowledge and agree that:

• We may share footage with police forces and road safety authorities
• Footage may be used as evidence in traffic investigations
• We may be required to provide footage in response to legal requests
• We will comply with lawful requests for information

7. Intellectual Property

The Website, App, design, logo, graphics, and all original content (excluding user submissions) are owned by Bad-Driver.com and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from our original content
• Use our name, logo, or branding without written permission
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

8. Privacy and Data Protection
